Return & Refund Policy
In accordance with UK law, customers have the right to cancel product purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

For training courses and in-person services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course date to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date are non-refundable, as your place has been reserved and materials prepared.

• If you are unhappy with the course on the day, please speak to us immediately so we can resolve any issues.
